Ordering Information

Is it in stock?

Items that state (Buy Online) may not be in store at the time of ordering. Once you place an order for one of these items, we will contact you with information relating to when your order will be available for collection.

Everything else, if it displayed in the online store with the ability to 'Add To Cart', should be in stock, in the Murrumbeena bike shop.

How do you send my items?

Most items will ship via Australia Post. Some larger items will require a courier for which we will need a day-time delivery address, preferably a business. Items will need to be signed for.

A flat rate of $15.00 is used for all shippable orders and is FREE when your order's total is more than $100.

Heavier items such as bicycle carriers may incur additional charges but you will be notified by phone call before it ships.

(you will have the option to cancel the order at that stage)

Bicycles will NOT be posted as it voids warranty and creates serious safety concerns.

Do you send me order confirmation emails?

You'll receive a few emails from us. The first one is the online order confirmation email when you first place your order. Once your item/s have shipped (or are ready for collection in-store), we'll also send an 'order shipped' email.

If you've opted to collect in store, you'll receive an email and text message (if you supply a mobile number) to let you know your order is ready.
