Chris Nicol get a small Unit ‘Hook Up’ & you know he deserves it! To say the kid shreds is a huge understatement!

Here’s what he has to say…

“Yoo!
Heaps has been going on for me lately, I just got hooked up by unit, been riding sooo much and my physio has said I have made a full recovery from my knee operation!
So happy with how things are going for me at the moment and for things I have in the works now that I will let everyone know as soon as I can in the near future!
The unit thing came about by one of my good friends John Buultjens pulling some strings and showing Allan hardy at unit what I could do on a bike, Allan contacted me and asked if i would like some product from unit as a hook up, and I was accepted his offer real quick! But it’s just a hook up at the moment until hopefully one day something bigger can come from this.
But yea, that’s enough about me. The weathers nice so get off the computer and go ride!!”

Focal Point have some new hoodies out and who better to model them than our own Alex Mamo. This kid kills it on a bike and has a torso that sends the ladies wild. Check him out. Haha.

Why the Lack of Posts?

Well, turns out, we’ve been busy here this month, YEY. But other than that, I haven’t been riding a great deal, I’ve just been digging a wee pump track somewhere in suburbia. BUT, I have been updating the INSTAGRAM and having the FACEBOOK updated by a mate. Also, a few things go onto TWITTER. Be sure to like, follow and whatever else you want to do on that Social Media Rubbish.

I’ve got a lot of old mags here at the shop now, a bunch of history right there you see. Amongst all these diaries of times gone by we’re some posters of some of BMX’s greatest heroes. I’m stoked to find these gems. Stoked indeed.

Let’s Ride – Results

Remember that jam we put on for my 30th Birthday at Riverslide Skate Park? Well, that was so we could raise money to get a couple of kids across to the States for a big Jam/Comp. They made it over there and had a ripper good time. Makes this thing I call Riding Way so much more worth it to hear of the good times they had with the help of some good people who made it happen.
