Colony BMX, FocalPointBMX and Input BMX are all helping out and putting on a BBQ. Get down for a ride. Should be a blast!
This was bought to my attention a couple of nights ago and it was just what I needed. With such an infection laugh and an attitude that you cannot deny is amazing, this ‘Kid President’ will help change the world, presumably, through dance. Enjoy. Also, there’s a few more videos after the jump…

Getting the famous chain ring tattoo on your leg is all well and good but when it’s full of sand, dirt and the disgusting black grease build up, it’s something we can all do with out. Through the winter, your chain and entire drive train gets covered in sand and road grime that dramatically reduces the life of all your gears. Keeping it clean and well lubricated is the key to adding trouble free years and kilometres to your trusty stead.
Chris Nicol is a machine and at one stage helped us grow our little store here in Bentleigh East by doing some sweet stunts on kids bikes. About that same time he struck a deal and was sponsored, that sponsorship is rapidly flourishing and he now rides for Haro. Well done Chris.

This is why we do this sort of thing here at Riding Way. Seeing the community grow and build an interest in riding bicycles is the greatest joy we know and the fact that in some small way, we are a part of this is marvellous. We were threatened by the weather man/lady that we would face a wall of water in the morning but when I was woken up by a toddler to the face, it was clear that yet again, the weather report had failed. Beautiful, clear blue skies were all I could see and so I knew we’d have a great ride. Continue reading →
Holy Smokes! This edit from the good kids of Colony BMX really blew my mind. I knew the boss man was good with front brakes but I didn’t know anyone else still ran them, let alone was a magician with them. Sit back, kick your feet up and prepare to fall off your seat as Bobbie Altiser shows you how to ride front brakes…
Just before we venture off into the wilds of the nation’s capital, I want to re-share with you the brilliance that is The Diggest’s “Mike Aitken Perspective”. This guy is one of (if not the) Biggest influences on my BMX riding and my life in general. Suffering a massive brain injury a few years back, Mike’s journey was changed forever. But he fights on and still kicks more ass than I could ever imagine doing. Sit back and get inspired. Leave your thoughts below…
