We believe in creating happy customers and making every effort to get you the products and services you need so we've tried to make our Warranties and Returns process as easy as possible. Please read it carefully and if you still have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if I changed my mind?
This happens. Sometimes we get home and realise the item purchased isn't exactly what we want or need. We are happy to offer an exchange or gift voucher for the value paid for the item providing it is;
 - in new, un-used and un-opened condition  
 - returned within 14 days of the date of invoice
 - a receipt or proof of purchase (typically, if you're a regular it will be searchable in our new system if you cannot find your original receipt) 
 - unfortunately, bicycle tubes & cycling shorts cannot be returned.

 

Can I return a bicycle?
While we make every effort to ensure you purchase the correct bicycle, sometimes when you head out it just doesn't feel right. If you find this, please return the bicycle within 14 days from the invoice date and we will offer an exchange or provide a gift voucher to the value of the bicycle. 

 

How long do I have to return an item?
Please contact us WITHIN 14 DAYS of the invoice date to ensure we can offer you a return. 

 

I think my item is faulty, what now?
If you feel a product is faulty, please stop using it immediately and contact us to organise a return. We will asses the item and work with the manufacturer and supplier to reach a suitable repair, replacement or refund as according to Australian Consumer Law. 

 

How long is my warranty period?
Each manufacturer has different warranty periods and we suggest you check with the appropriate brand to evaluate if it is within the warranty. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to conact us to help with the process.
We support Avanti & Malvern Star Bike brands as they both have lifetime frame warranties on almost all of their bikes as long as you are the original purchaser. (conditions apply)

 

Will I get a full refund?
We only offer a full refund if your item is faulty and we are unable to repair or replace your item in a timely manner. Refunds are not provided on 'change of mind' returns.
